Dashboards

  • Networks dashboard – will take you to the UniFi x Lightspeed Managed Controller instance (multi-tenanted). If you have a single-tenanted controller, try https://unifi.[your-own-domain]. This controller is free for first year with any UniFi equipment purchase, and $10/device per year (with a 5 device minimum). All paid-up picoNet subscriptions come with controller access as well so you can get statistics from the “single-pane of glass”.
  • Domains dashboard – allows you to manage your own domain. Everything other than renewing online works presently as that has been migrated to telegram (ask to beta test). This dashboard is free for all customers who have purchased domains. Raise a ticket with helpdesk.lightspeed.com.sg if you need help with creating an initial password.
  • Tickets dashboard – gives you oversight on what tickets have been raised, which ones are still open, and generally everything about your support experience with Lightspeed. For multi-tenanted customers, this takes you to helpdesk.lightspeed.com.sg – if you are single-tenanted, try https://helpdesk.[your-own-domain]. All PremierCare customers are single-tenanted. For other customer classes, single-tenanted is a paid option.
  • Bitwarden dashboard – allows you to manage the password vault for your everything about your support experience with Lightspeed. Each customer has their own vault – try https://vault.[your-own-domain] – this is a paid service with a 90 day free trial.
  • Assets dashboard – allows you to manage the IT assets purchased from Lightspeed. Each customer has their own vault – try https://vault.[your-own-domain] – this is a paid service with a 90 day free trial.
